Description

This is a five-color alcohol-based makeup palette designed for filling in eyebrows or reshaping eyebrow lines. The colors can be applied using a brush, sponge, or mascara wand. They can be used alone or mixed with other tones to create a unique blend of color.

Note: High pigment content and lack of fillers may cause cracks or bubbles in dried color cells, but this does not affect product quality or performance.

Instructions

Activate the palette with Skin Illustrator Slow Activator, Skin Illustrator Activator, or 99% alcohol. Do not use other substances.
Remove makeup easily with PPI's Telesis Super Solv or Telesis Makeup Remover.
