Ease Release 500 aerosol /400 gr

Ease Release 500 est un agent de démoulage produisant un film fin et sec. C´est aussi un lubrifiant sec. Ease Release 500 est à base de Téflon et est efficace pour libérer les pièces de moulage, tels que les plastiques, les élastomères, les composites et les matériaux similaires. Il donne un fini mat à la plupart des pièces coulées. Surface: mat, aerosol 400 gram.

Processing Using Metal Molds

1 - Thoroughly clean your mold with a suitable cleaner to remove all traces of previous coating and oils.
2 - Apply Ease Release 500 using aerosol spray for bulk grades. Hold the can or spray gun 6 to 8 inches from the mold surface to ensure a light even coating. When the molds are new or have been blasted with an abrasive, “season” the mold by applying a heavy coating of release. Heat the mold to process temperature, then wipe the excess with a rag and reapply a light coating of Ease Release 500 before regular molding.
3 -Ease Release 500 is fast drying and requires no baking during the normal molding process.
4 - Reapply a light coating before each molding.

CAUTION: Heating this product to temperatures above 500°F will create fumes that can cause flu like systems. Use with adequate ventilation.
